VTMS offers maintenance services from CCP- tail shafts in the following scope of work:
- General overhaul,
- Emergency repair,
- Inspection,
- Spare parts verification,
The service is carried out, during the dry docking period.
Overhaul:
- Disassembly and assembly of SKF couplings.
- Disassembly and assembly of propeller shafts.
- General overhaul of hub.
- Replacement of seals under the blades.
- Verification of axial and radial clearances.
- Machining of elements.
- NDT test.
- Hydraulic system adjustment.
Inspection:
- Hydrualic system test.
- Verification of backlash, axial and radial clearances.
- OD-Box test leak.
- Hub wear condition.
The scope of work to be agreed with Shipowner.
The work carried out is supported by a professional service report, which contains key descriptions and technical specifications.
